Founded in April of 1953, and named after our founder, Frank H. Monroe, we began as a two-man operation in a small shop on Beeler Street in New Albany, Indiana. We then moved to a larger “store-type” facility on Vincennes Street. In 1974, we relocated once again – We are located at 595 Industrial Blvd. New Albany, IN 47150. Just off of Mt. Tabor Rd. in the Industrial Park

Although we shall continue to grow, our basic philosophy will not change…whether serving the comfort needs of homeowners or the commercial/industrial client.
